Overall, it matched the description. The driver was a woman with excellent driving skills and was very enthusiastic. She even offered to help take photos. I give Ctrip and the driver five stars. The only regret was that some tourists had poor team spirit and were not punctual, arriving 40 minutes late. As a result, the return trip didn't start until 5:10 pm, and the group didn't finish until almost 8 pm when we reached Jiefangbei!

Many thanks to Mr. Hu, the handsome and considerate driver and guide from Chongqing Hangwei Travel Agency. The journey from Chongqing to Wulong involves nearly 6 hours on the highway and another hour on the winding mountain roads, both extremely steep and difficult to drive. However, he drove very smoothly, without any bumps or sudden braking. It was the most comfortable mountain road experience I've had in my 20 years of travel. He was very meticulous and considerate, providing detailed and thoughtful explanations of the key points at each attraction. Especially for our small group of 8, which included 44 Australian friends, he was particularly patient in explaining and reminding us of everything. In the evening, he even took us to a hot pot restaurant near the hotel, near the entrance of Shenxian Street. Absolutely fantastic! 👍👍👍 Thank you again, Mr. Hu, for your hard work and companionship throughout the day! 🙏

The Wulong Karst Caves and Crevice Day Trip was a great experience! The itinerary was relaxed and flexible, offering a lot of freedom! The Wujiang River viewing platform resembled a natural painting – truly awe-inspiring! The Three Natural Bridges were a masterpiece of nature, and the Tianfu Official Post Station exuded ancient charm. The Longshui Gorge Crevice featured cascading waterfalls and rainbows, with a refreshing coolness! Driver Zhang (503) drove smoothly, preventing any motion sickness. He also provided explanations of the scenery along the way, and there were no hidden costs – excellent!

Booked this day tour on a whim the night before and everything from the booking process to the journey was smooth and pleasant! Driver will contact you via WeChat and pick you up and drop you off at your hotel location if within designated area. We had a fantastic experience with our Chongqing itinerary. Everything was very well organized, and the day went smoothly from start to finish. Lila, our guide, was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. She assisted us with everything we needed, answered all our questions clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable at all times. Her knowledge about the city and its unique layout made a big difference in understanding and enjoying each place we visited. Chongqing is a very special city with complex geography, hills, stairs, and different levels everywhere. Because of that, having a guide and a private vehicle is definitely the best way to explore it efficiently and comfortably. It saves time and allows you to focus on enjoying the experience instead of worrying about transportation or directions. We highly recommend this tour and especially Lila. Thank you for making our visit to Chongqing so memorable!

With some skepticism, I opted for this practical tour instead of the one recommended by the expert. When driver Xiao Xu picked us up in the morning, I accidentally left something at the hotel, but he patiently waited. While picking us up in Chongqing's main urban area, he proactively introduced historical sites, and even slowed down at popular spots for us to take photos. Because I'm prone to motion sickness, he was very considerate of me on the way to Dazu, driving smoothly. The guide at the scenic area, Ms. Huang, had a gentle voice and recounted historical anecdotes with great detail, patiently answering our questions. She was exactly as recommended by the expert I consulted during my trip to Henan. At lunchtime, Xiao Xu proactively introduced local delicacies, with no forced spending or shopping. The experience was excellent. The Dazu Rock Carvings are definitely worth seeing. Xiao Xu's service deserves praise, and I'm also grateful for Ms. Huang's attentive explanations.
