This day trip to the Blue Mountains in Sydney was the most satisfying of all my day trips in Australia. The Mercedes minibus was new, with comfortable seats and ample legroom. Our driver/guide, Mr. Guo, was very responsible, explaining each part of the itinerary in detail and planning the time very well. It was a very hot day, and the bottled water on the bus was unlimited. Extremely satisfied!ā

I have to rave about the tour company that took me on this Great Ocean Road trip in Australia! š The itinerary was absolutely amazing, covering iconic landmarks like the Twelve Apostles, and the weather was perfect ā blue skies, azure seas, and stunning rock formations ā 100% photogenic! šø The tour guide was professional and enthusiastic, explaining the geological formations and local stories along the way, making it both educational and fun. The bus was comfortable, and the pace was great, not rushed at all. This trip has truly etched the beauty of the Great Ocean Road into my DNA. The little train wasn't too crowded. Having done my research beforehand, I sat on the side with the best view of the iconic arch of the bridge, which was great. The staff were all very friendly.
The scenery at Cape Nobis was truly stunning. Even though it was cloudy, the view created a wonderful atmosphere.
Our driver, Mr. Wu, was very responsible š and the other members of our group were also great; everyone was punctual.
It got quite chilly on Phillip Island at night; even in my light down jacket, I was still shivering.
šSpecial praise to the online customer service! They responded quickly and resolved issues promptly, which was very reassuring.ī„
