It was an amazing experience, so organized and we left on time. Divina was the best, she contacted me the day before the trip, she always responded to my messages promptly. I was traveling solo so she recommended the perfect route for me, she even helped me when I was lost up there. Will definitely book again with you in October if I visit again as she recommended the view will be amazing! Even after we returned, she helped me find the metro station and helped me get the ticket. What a wonderful experience! I attended the 12:30 lunch sitting and it was phenomenal. The booking letter was a little nerve wracking as I wasn’t sure of the location, but managed to find the right spot. From the moment you walked in the door, staff were welcoming, receptive and supportive. I did not dress up (though am secretly envious of those that did while mutually grateful for my decision not to as it feels a lot of effort for lunch and I’m afraid with my chopstick skills I would spoil the delicate fabrics 🫣). Be sure to go early - museum time. 2nd row recommend, unless you especially want dramatic service, as 2nd row service is exceptional, with only slightly less dramatic flair than front row. The show had English language translations and was visually spectacular. I cannot speak highly enough of the skill and grace of the performers and staff. Costuming, lighting etc spectacular. Volume perhaps a little high for lunch time, but such a minor complaint. Food A+★

We had an amazing experience with our Amy tour guide in China. The trip to the Great Wall and the Summer Palace was absolutely unforgettable. Our guide was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and explained the history in a way that was easy to understand and really interesting. Everything was well organized, and we always felt taken care of. The Great Wall was breathtaking, and the Summer Palace was beautiful and peaceful. I highly recommend this guide to anyone visiting China – truly an amazing tour!★

This was an amazing guided tour of the forbidden city, Tiananmen Square and the central axis. It was super busy but our guide Icy was super fast and efficient and knew how to get us through the queues and crowds. A very informative morning and I’m so glad I did it!
