HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! A fantastic activity, the guide was very friendly and explained the points of interest in Spanish. Excellent experience, beautiful route. Also included in the price are gloves, helmet, motocross goggles, and a jacket or windbreaker!

Andreas was full of information about all of the stops on this tour. He was able to answer all of our (and the others guests) questions. He brought us to a beautiful picture point to see islet vila do campo and at the end brought us to the top of the volcanic crater (about 2000 meters up). This allowed us to see all of the Furnas (including the church that we stopped at earlier that day) in a whole new way. He was very very articulate with explaining the process for both the tea and the pineapple plantations. This tour was a good balance (about 50/50) of structured group time and independent time to explore the stops.
