Such a great fun and family friendly adventure on the river suitable for anyone and everyone. From start to finish it was relaxing, rewarding and enjoyable with a few fun rapids to excite and plenty of wildlife to entertain. We traveled as a family of three and joined another family then before we left the shore they kindly gave each family our own boat and guide and was like a private whitewater rafting tour with Pablo who was super cool, really entertaining and chose lines through the rapids suitable for mums and daughters while making sure dad got soaked!
Fresh fruit, friendly staff, safety conscious and well worth it with a great lunch to finish the adventure with new friends and a happy familyโ

Went with 10 year old grandkids! It was the most exciting and adventurous thing we did on our entire trip. The crew was great at explaining how to do everything. The walk from falls to falls and back up to the top was really cool too. The late lunch was terrific after our adventureโ

My first time and this was amazing! So much fun. The guides are very knowledgeable and experienced so don't feel scared. There were children in rafters so it's for all ages. A must do when you're in CR! Juan was our bus guide and Allan was in our raft. Both gentlemen were so nice and fun! Book this trip! I'm sorry we didn't have enough cash for tip!!! Thank you to both guys!โ

After visiting Monteverde five times, I am convinced that George is the best guide you will find in the area.
I used George as a guide for a solo trip a couple of years ago, and most recently while traveling in Costa Rica with my 15-month old and my mother and her two friends. George was so helpful with my baby, carrying my backpack while I carried my babe in a carrier. He was patient with my elderly mother and her friends, allowing us to rest and take a break when needed. He made sure our tours were accessible to my mom and her friends, while still seeing some of the most beautiful birds and animals. George was our guide for hanging bridges, a night tour, birding and a walk to the Continental Divide. He is a very talented photographer, so he will get great photos of you and your family and all of the beautiful things you see.
George is well-loved and respected in the community, which means when you come across other guides on your treks, they will tell him the location of where they have recently seen the hard to find animals, like the quetzal! Every time I visit Monteverde, I see new beautiful birds and animals because George is on top of his game. ๐ฆ๐ฑ๐๐ณ๐๐ฆ๎ฅ
