Very comprehensive covering Charyn canyon (hike), Black canyon, lunch at a local residents house (best chicken plov) and cute dog, horse riding Kaindt lake and beautiful Kolsay lake. High energy and cheerful guides Sabina and Saya kept the group engaged.★

This trip involved visiting three countries in a short period with very short stays at each location. While purchasing separate eSIMs might be cheaper, it wouldn't be possible to predict data usage in each location. So, I opted for an eSIM that works in 100 different regions, which is incredibly convenient. Although customer service advised activating it upon arrival, since it included Taiwan, I installed and activated it in Taiwan before boarding. Plus, it's calculated 24/7, which is truly fantastic.★

Despite the heavy snowfall, we had a very meaningful time thanks to the warm car and kind guide. The guide was friendly and fluent in English, and we were able to complete the tour without any trouble. We were very satisfied with the help they provided us with so many memories. This is a company that we would definitely book with again if possible.★

This is a solid one-day activity to experience the Kazakh outdoors. We went to 5 sites, including a ride on an old Soviet bus and a pony, with a delicious lunch at a local home. If you have more time, stretching it to a two-day trip with an overnight stay in a yurt would probably be better but if you only have a day to spare, do this. We had a pleasant guide, Naz, and driver and they managed a packed day without us feeling too rushed. ★
