The koalas were so cute and I was so happy to be able to hold one. They took photos right on time so there was no wasted time. I thought it would be a zoo-like facility so I went early to look around the facility until it was time to hold one, but the main attraction was holding the koalas and the facility was very small so I finished looking around quickly, so I'm glad I arrived a little before my reservation time. The moment I held the koala, it rubbed against me and became so cute I was so happy. They also took some great photos so I'm glad I went.★

The highlight of the trip was the donut-shaped river ride. All six members of our family went on it. We were a little nervous at first, but we got into the swing of things. The ride was sometimes smooth, sometimes fast, sometimes fun, and sometimes thrilling. The whole family loved it!★

It was a great day out! The crew were super organised and friendly, they were also very patient with the dozens of tourists who didn’t speak much English. It’s a big boat with a couple hundred tourists, so be prepared for that. Lunch was great! We had a great day out and snorkelling on the reef was just incredible.★
