Wow 🤩 😮🤯😱 I started to write this really great review because Nick was an amazing guide and driver for this trip. Then the Trip.com app decided to close out on me. It was really good to do the Tuk Tuk version of the Tour even though it was a very hot day. Nick had waters and brews for us. Also, he was able to modify the tour a bit according to our needs (I was a solo traveler with a UK couple). Everything to our own needs was very much appreciated. There’s no words to explain the locality and depth we saw and experienced of the capital city of Cambodia. I don’t wanna share too many photos because I think it’s important. Everyone takes in to their own perspectives. Bring Cash, Be ready to filter energy, and carry some snacks in case the weather is new to you. Extra stops were taken to enjoy knowledge of new developments with partnering countries.

I took the tour alone! It was convenient that the local guide came to pick me up at the hotel, and when we were about to leave, it seemed there were no other tourists on the tour today, so it was just the guide and me traveling! The guide explained every nook and cranny of the sights in detail in English, and they took such excellent care of me, never neglecting me just because I was alone! It was a short tour, but I feel honored to have been able to see Phnom Penh so thoroughly in such a short time! They even provided water, helped me get some amazing shots, and took so many photos for me. Thank you so, so much! By the end, I have such low stamina that I was exhausted and just collapsed when I got back, haha. Oh, and something I realized while on the tour is that the sunset in Phnom Penh is really beautiful~~ Having only seen it from inside the hotel, stepping outside really moved me.
Reviews: Sunset Cruise with free flow beer, soft drinks & fruit platter

Really good solo trek! Staff on the boat and pick-up driver amazing. Plan 30 minutes ahead from your hotel to arrive and start the cruise on time. Lots of free beer, but a full bar is available. Pineapple and Watermelon much appreciated. Two levels on the boat to choose from, and they do seat for larger groups. Narration good enough about Phnom Penh’s growth and history, very interesting! . Wave to the fish boat families and riverfront village, as they await your interactions. Nice to see sunset halfway through, so wear a hat until it is time, or transfer between first and one floors. Other boats to be seen as well. Bring cash for crew gratuity. Enjoy the photos!

Our guide, Net, was excellent. He’s extremely knowledgeable of the history of Cambodia and made our tour memorable with stories from his own family. The royal palace was excellent, and the Cambodian Genocide Museum was overwhelming. Net got us a table at the Banana Tree Restaurant for a lovely Cambodian lunch. He took us to the Central Market for some last minute shopping. In the 95° heat we decided not to go to the Killing Fields. Net was an excellent guide!
