This was a fairly satisfactory service experience. Traveling to Kazakhstan was approached with caution and apprehension, and I was well aware of the potential for various schemes. Ctrip, at least, has higher credibility and is traceable. The expected issues did occur, but a healthy ecosystem protects customer rights, resulting in a satisfactory outcome. The higher fees are understandable given the international pricing, and they also protect customer rights and service quality. I hope to see more cost-effective services in the future.
