Our tour guide, Serina, was very attentive. When the Mt. Omuro sightseeing bus service was suspended, she immediately changed our route to Owakudani, hoping we could have a great time. The shops in Atami Shopping Street were sparsely populated, making the selection a bit of a shame. The final Atami fireworks display was truly beautiful, and we were lucky to catch it during our trip – definitely worth buying a trip pass to see it. Plus, we didn't have to squeeze onto the crowded subway back to the hotel.

Our guide, Hou Jing, was incredibly helpful. Thanks to her efforts, our car was always at the front of the line on the way out, and even the first one on the way back. She's also very pretty and friendly!
