You'll receive an audio guide at the beginning. Contrary to the booking options, it's also available in German! This allows you to gain valuable information at the very well-signposted points. Due to construction work, some areas were closed off. Overall, an impressive building and a remarkable story. Highly recommended.

Both places are beautiful, but Toledo is truly magical; it will make you want to return just to explore it all. Our guide was very helpful in explaining every detail of both places. My recommendation would be to lower the volume of the speaker on the bus, as it was extremely loud when they were talking.

The check-in and the itinerary by the tour agency was smooth. Guide was proficient on history. But itinerary was abit tight...not much time to do longer shopping at Toledo and Segovia.
