Too numerous to mention . Lost for words the whole experience was amazing . Would highly recommend that everyone should visit before going to the champagne houses . Credit to the designers and organisers of creating such a fantastic interactive musuem

Take a look with one of the smaller champagne houses and you will be surprised. Nice setting - lots of info on the proces of making the champagne- a fun quiz and of course a good variety of champagnes. Add an enthusiastic guide and a really nice lunch and you have a lovely half day to spent. Highly recommended. And take a stroll after the tour through the vineyards or town ti even the alcohol in your blood 🙏

We went there on Sunday, July 17th, as a couple for a cellar tour, and I was impressed by the quality of the explanations about the champagne production process given by Emma, a young expert. She switched between French and English as if it were her native language, and her information was very clear and engaging. We could even ask questions. This was followed by a blind tasting in a small group of eight of several delicious champagnes from their production, in a cozy room, around a beautiful table, accompanied by homemade gougères—my mouth is watering just thinking about them. There was also a fun and interesting quiz to identify Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier grapes, as well as the different aromas among eight or ten different flavors. It was the best experience of our trip. Next time... we'll come to try their menu and their bed and breakfast. Stephanie and Alain

This boat trip was incredible! We witnessed a magnificent sunset. Furthermore, Nicolas and Sandra were incredibly welcoming and friendly! We learned so much about the history of Ay and the surrounding area—very interesting! I highly recommend it!

I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to Champagne! Our driver/guide was very friendly. The tour was set up to take us to two wineries Family owned & a larger more corporate entity. Perfect. Both tours were terrific! We also made a couple of other stops which was lovely as well. I highly recommend this tour! Additionally it was small group...8 of us which was Super!


