The lagoon is beautiful, and the chance to swim in its crystal-clear freshwater is a truly delightful experience. We also really appreciated the attitude, attentiveness, and hospitality of our guide, Daniel, who went out of his way to explain everything and provide us with all the information about the lagoon and the ecosystem in which it's located. Without a doubt, we'll repeat this experience on my next visit to Bacalar.

The tour is as in description. Miguel was a fantastic guide, professional, prepared and ready to ingage in interesting conversations about Bacalar and Mexico. As for the day, it's just wonderful to start in the dark and see the sunrise from inside the lagoon. Also the organisation is well planned, having breakfast in the middle, before heading back. According to me, one of the must try activities while in Bacalar, it's worth the early wake up!

We’re incredibly grateful to Fiona and her team for accommodating us after a mix-up when we arrived. Our guide, Sylvia, was absolutely amazing—everything you could hope for in a guide! She was knowledgeable, respectful, and so professional. It was our first anniversary, and Sylvia went out of her way to make it extra special for us. The lagoon was breathtaking, and the boat was spotless. We highly recommend this tour and will definitely be returning!
