This is the first time I've written a serious review on Ctrip, something I almost never do. I was initially worried about the price, but aside from a slight delay of over 20 minutes at the hotel because we hadn't coordinated pick-up time via WeChat, everything else was fantastic. The hotel provided hot coffee at the transfer station before the jeep ride up the mountain. Special praise to Nyoman and his granddaughter! Our group of six traveled in two cars, and despite the heavy rain the night before, Nyoman drove very steadily. Upon arrival, he meticulously took many beautiful photos of us, checking each one carefully to ensure it looked good. We also witnessed breathtaking volcanic rock formations, marveling at the wonders of nature. A truly satisfying trip! We were so happy! Everyone tipped us at the end. ^_^★

Very first snorkeling experience and had a great time. Beside the well planned itineraries with 4 snorkeling sites to catch glimpses of fishes, corals and we managed to swim with Manta Ray below us!!😍😍 i must also mention our amazing Tour Guide, Komang, whom helped to coordinate the beach tour and also drove us around to visit 3 fascinating beaches, Kelingking, Bilabong and Broken Beach!! He is so well versed with his English and we had a great time chatting and sharing great informations about Nusa Penida Island. Great job well done Komang!!★
