We got through immigration in minutes! The ordinary line was estimated for over a hour, so I was please to have help getting out of the busy airport faster. The staff member who guided us was very helpful and even helped us secure our bags quicker and find our transportation to the hotel. I recommend if you don’t want to be in the airport for hours or even if it’s your first time in Thailand.

Everything went well. The driver picked us up from the hotel at the appointed time and took us back to the hotel after the tour. The sanctuary itself leaves a lasting impression! Seeing live elephants up close, feeding them, and walking with them through the park was absolutely amazing! It's a wonderful place for those looking for an ethical way to interact with elephants. There are no sticks, shows, or elephant rides here! The elephants are cared for and treated. The staff only use voice and hands to control the elephants during the tour. The elephants are not harmed here, which is very important! Keep in mind that the tour is conducted entirely in English, so at least a basic knowledge of the language is required. I really loved this place! I highly recommend it. Thank you to the staff for their hard work!

We participated as a couple who are not used to traveling! We felt at ease because the guide was very fluent in Japanese. And he was very kind! He taught us all kinds of things, including history and culture, while also telling funny jokes! We were very satisfied with everything from the tour time allocation to the various tourist spots! Seamless throughout the entire process; the QR code verification allowed for smooth entry. The lounge was fantastic, with food, drinks, fruit, and ice cream all available. A shower afterwards made everything so much more comfortable.

We joined a group tour; there were nine Japanese tourists that day, plus the two of us. The company even specially arranged a guide for me, Keng, who was very friendly and took great care of us! The three temples were each unique and perfect for taking photos. We had lunch at the century-old market; the prices were reasonable and there were many choices!


