It was a great experience! The Puffing Billy Railway journey was a lot of fun and the staff were very friendly and professional throughout. The scenic views and heritage steam train ride made it even more enjoyable for the whole family. One small suggestion — parking can be a bit difficult to find, especially when visiting with kids. It would be really helpful if clear parking instructions or nearby options were provided during the ticket booking process. Overall, a wonderful and memorable experience! 🚂★

The tour is an absolute crowd-pleaser for the full family to enjoy. We thought the first stop at the chocolate factory was good. But from there it gets better and better with every stop. The bus was a comfortable minivan, one of those that takes 12 or so people. Absolutely stunning mix of activities. Very happy wiht this tour and would strongly recomend it. If you have two days - take this tour on days 1 and go to Sovereign Hill on days 2 - and you will have a great adventure and will cover all the coolest places arround Melbourne.★

We had a fantastic time on our tour! Even though the weather wasn’t the best, our guide Stevo did an amazing job keeping the day fun and enjoyable. He made sure we didn’t miss a thing—we managed to see all the highlights, including the breathtaking 12 Apostles, plus kangaroos and koalas in the wild. A truly memorable experience despite the rain!★

Our guide was excellent. The train ride was quite fun. Did not expect it to be so enjoyable. The sanctuary was an intimate experience with Australian animals. I appreciate this given how hard it has been to spot the animals in the wild. Our guide was knowledgeable and very attentive.★

Wonderful full day with Darren providing great knowledge about history of the Dandenong regions. Fun being on the Puffin Billy railway and the Animal Sanctuary was awesome and second to none. Absolute value for money and would commend others to give it a go. Gavin★
