Reviews: Highspeed Ferry Ho Chi Minh - Vung Tau (Greenlines DP)
Guest User2026-04-20
This is the best way to get from Vung Tau to Ho Chi Minh City and back. It offers picturesque views of the mangrove forests along the coast. It's a fantastic experience. I bought my ticket on trip.com, and soon after, I received an email with the ticket attached. The departure address is written in bright red on the ticket. To board the ship, you simply show the QR code. Trip.com, upon request, sent me the ferry's departure geolocation almost immediately. Very convenient. And it arrives in Ho Chi Minh City almost right in the city center.
Reviews: Ho Chi Minh City - Da Lat Sleeper Bus: One-way/ Round-trip
Guest User2026-04-02
First, you're picked up from the city bus station, then transferred to a larger bus. The journey took eight hours, with two restroom stops along the way. Upon arrival, you're transferred to smaller buses and taken to the hotel. The staff are very attentive and friendly, explaining everything. We took a capsule for two; they're usually located downstairs, so there was plenty of room for us, but larger or taller people are better off taking separate capsules.
Reviews: Ho Chi Minh City Double-Decker Sightseeing Bus (City Sightseeing Saigon)
Guest User2025-06-08
I had no complaints for this price. The departure point was in the city center, which was great for getting excited on arrival day and quickly getting a feel for the city's atmosphere. The reviews said it was hot during the day so sunset was recommended, so I did that. It was the rainy season, so we got caught in a downpour and it was a bit chilly. It's hard to see the scenery with an umbrella, so it might be a good idea to bring a disposable raincoat (they sell them at convenience stores) (it comes in handy at other times too, as there are several downpours during your stay). *By the way, I had a folding umbrella (I used a double-decker bus = I got pretty wet). As an aside, I bought a raincoat while walking around town after forgetting my umbrella at Hotel Hotel.
Reviews: Ho Chi Minh - Nha Trang Bus By Hanh Cafe

A great way to travel from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City. The driver was cheerful – he woke me up in the morning with cheerful songs 😊 When I asked to stop for the restroom, he always found a spot – very responsive.
Reviews: Bus Transfers from Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam) to Phnom Penh (Cambodia) Or Vice Versa
Guest User2025-10-04
We departed Ho Chi Minh City at 8:25, crossed the border at 11:20, departed again at 12:30, and arrived in Phnom Penh at 16:35. There was one rest stop along the way. The immigration and customs procedures were handled by the guide, which made things easy.
Reviews: Vung Tau Ferry from Ho Chi Minh City by Greenlines DP
Guest User2026-03-30
The ride was smooth and the timing was fine, and we arrived safely in Vung Tau. The booking confirmation was only in Vietnamese, so it was difficult to figure out where the ferry terminal was, which was a bit of a struggle. It would be even better if there were explanations of the departure and arrival locations in Japanese, along with a banner that links to a map. At the Bach Dang Ferry Terminal, you can relax at a cafe while waiting to board. This is unrelated to the ferry, but the taxi driver at our destination was pushy. It was hot so taking a taxi was a good idea, but I ended up paying 100,000 dong because I just went along with what he said. It's not that expensive when you consider it in Japanese yen, but it seems like about half that amount would have been more reasonable.
