I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.

This service was new to me. The phone automatically installed the SIM card; I didn't have to do anything with the settings. Then, if you need to extend it, you simply buy the required number of days. I really liked the service and will continue using it. I rarely need a physical SIM card anymore.
