I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.★

I was running out of the data I'd originally prepared for my trip, so I quickly bought another 1GB on my last day. I installed it using Wi-Fi at a cafe, but it was stuck on activating and I couldn't do anything about it, so I contacted customer service. I didn't know what the problem was, but after some advice, I canceled the plan and purchased a new one, and it connected fine. I was very grateful for the prompt response to my inquiry. I joined a cruise trip and stopped in Busan for a day. I bought a one-day eSIM, but it wouldn't work (the first time I successfully transferred the SIM using a QR code, I had no internet access; subsequent transfers failed). I contacted the seller via WhatsApp through someone else's hotspot, and after the seller provided me with another QR code, I was finally able to access the internet.
