Our tour guide was incredibly nice, with a well-planned itinerary. He patiently accompanied us throughout the tour, explaining the history and culture, and even acted as our photographer 📸. We were very lucky to encounter the snow-covered castle 🏰. Both places are definitely worth visiting! I highly recommend hiring our guide, Xiao Ke 👍★

The boat was not crowded at all at 12:40, that was nice. The audio guide is available via their blue cruises app which you have to install to listen to the descriptions along the trip. The welcome drink was nice and I enjoyed the tour.★

Esim was easy to install and use. Used in Turkey and Germany. Lost signal in some underground station in Istanbul. Otherwise it is very reliable service.★

Tiago was a such a great guide! He knows the city incredibly well, and showed us pieces of history I would have never found on my own. He also customized the tour to what the group was interested in seeing and gave us recommendations for other sites to see and restaurants to try in Lisbon. Would recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the magic that is Alfama.
