George our driver and Amal our tour guide were 10/10. They made us feel welcome and were very friendly throughout the day, accommodating to exactly what we wanted to do. Our flight from Cairo to Aswan was delayed by 7 hours. They kept updating the pick-up time in the group chat. In the end, they picked us up on time and didn't ask for tips. After experiencing various instances of unpunctuality from Egyptians, I'm so glad this company was punctual, didn't overcharge, and didn't ask for tips – that's rare! Their prices are fair. They created a group chat a few days in advance to inform the driver of the time and location, and even responded promptly due to the time difference. While there are overtime fees for chartered cars, they are reliable, truly reliable. This is incredibly valuable in Egypt. You can choose them with confidence.


