Our flight from Cebu was cancelled due to a plane malfunction, so the departure was rescheduled for the next day. I wrote to trip support, they were accommodating and rescheduled our transfer for the next day, for which we are extremely grateful. We really liked everything, I will definitely use the service again.

Everything is fine, I ordered a transfer not for the first time, at the meeting point they put me on a bus, then on a boat and then another bus to the airport, convenient!

The transfer was excellent; we were met and escorted to the hotel. We didn't have to worry about anything, like where to go or where to buy tickets. Definitely take the transfer.

I had been there in my twenties, but it had been about 30 years since my last visit, so I made sure to emphasize that in my WhatsApp message. Although the communication was in English, there was a Japanese staff member on site who kindly and carefully explained things to me, and then I was handed over to the person in charge (who I was able to speak to a little), who was there almost constantly to assist me. The only downside is that the location on the map on the app just points to the center of the island. In reality, it's in Station 3. (This is the place I went to, but there may be other companies out there???) I would like to go again if I have the opportunity.
