Our group joined the Baduanjin (Eight Pieces of Brocade) class together, and it was such a unique and memorable experience! The instructor was incredibly friendly and patient, guiding us step by step through the ancient Chinese wellness practice. We learned not only the movements, but also the philosophy behind them — a beautiful way to connect body and mind. The peaceful setting made the whole experience even more special. Everyone in our group felt relaxed, refreshed, and inspired afterwards.
