The tour guide was fantastic—humorous, responsible, and professional. The itinerary was well-planned, with ample time for sightseeing, making for a wonderful experience overall. The scenery of Mount Siguniang was absolutely stunning. We were also incredibly lucky that day; the snow had cleared up, revealing a clear blue sky. We enjoyed every moment of being close to nature, hiking in the mountains, feeling relaxed and free from physical and mental fatigue. It was a truly liberating experience, allowing us to unwind and connect with the natural world. I hope to have the opportunity to travel to Western Sichuan again, and to join everyone in the journey. I firmly believe that the best scenery is on the road.

This day trip to Leshan Giant Buddha and Mount Emei was incredibly rewarding. Our tour guide (Guide Yuan) arranged the time exceptionally well, and his explanations of the sights were excellent. This tour truly was a no-shopping, all-inclusive tour. Highly recommended!!!

We booked our Bipenggou trip through Trip.com and everything went smoothly. We were picked up on time, the car was comfortable, and the ride was easy. Our driver was also good But the best part was the tour staff, Herbert — he constantly checked on us, made sure everything was running well, and took care of every detail 👍🏻👍🏻 Overall, we were all very satisfied with the experience. Highly recommended!

Mr. Ma was very polite; it was the first time I'd encountered such a courteous driver and tour guide. He also took us to our destination on time. Jiuzhaigou is truly beautiful, a must-see destination in one's lifetime. Unfortunately, it was during the first spring and autumn holidays combined with a Sunday, so it was incredibly crowded. We walked slowly but weren't very tired. The weather was cold, only -5 degrees Celsius in the morning and below 8 degrees Celsius at noon. But the cold weather couldn't deter people from pursuing the beautiful scenery. The day trip was tiring, but worth the trip. The only downside was that Songpan Station was too small. On the return trip, a bunch of people were sitting on the floor inside the station, and there were 30-40 people queuing for the women's restroom.

Positive Review: Tour Guide Xiao Gao was professional and considerate, making our Chengdu Panda + Sanxingdui tour a complete success! We booked the Chengdu Panda Base and Sanxingdui Museum tour through Ctrip, and thanks to the meticulous guidance of our tour guide Xiao Gao throughout the trip, the experience was fantastic! A truly commendable experience! As our guide for the entire trip, Xiao Gao was incredibly professional and dedicated. Before departure, she communicated with us about the meeting arrangements and patiently explained the itinerary, including important information, clothing suggestions, and what to bring, giving us peace of mind. Upon arriving at the Panda Base, she skillfully avoided peak crowds, leading us directly to the best viewing spots. She not only explained the pandas' habits and characteristics in detail but also thoughtfully provided photography tips, helping us capture the adorable moments of the pandas eating and playing, preventing aimless wandering and wasting time. On the way to the Sanxingdui Museum, she provided a vivid and easy-to-understand introduction to the ancient Shu civilization, giving us a basic understanding of the historical stories behind the artifacts. During the visit, she explained the cultural significance and archaeological process of each key artifact, making the mysterious ancient Shu civilization vivid and interesting. Even those with limited historical knowledge could easily understand, greatly enhancing the visit's overall experience. The entire itinerary was well-planned and well-paced, with no forced shopping or hidden costs. Xiao Gao maintained a warm and friendly attitude throughout, proactively addressing the needs of fellow travelers and promptly resolving any issues. From route guidance and ticketing to itinerary connections, her meticulous attention to detail ensured a worry-free and comfortable trip. I highly recommend this tour, and especially the reliable and considerate tour guide, Xiao Gao. I'd definitely hire her again for my next trip to Chengdu!
