Excellent tour, I loved everything. The only unpleasant thing was that after the hot springs, they took me to Karen Village, which wasn't on the itinerary, and asked me to pay a 300 baht entrance fee. Everything else was on the itinerary and there were no extra charges. Meals were free at the buffet.★

My boyfriend and I connected to two eSIM cards, and the connection was good everywhere except Bangla Road and Patong Beach (maybe because it was crowded). But the Wi-Fi in the room was faster. Overall, it's usable; setup was very easy, just two clicks.★

The itinerary was excellent, providing a deep immersion in Chiang Rai's cultural charm. The morning started with a visit to the hot spring town, followed by the White Temple, lunch, and then the Blue and Black Temples. The thoughtful touches from the product manager were commendable: two hot spring eggs provided in the morning to ease hunger, ice cream at the Blue Temple after lunch, and refreshing mini pineapples after visiting the Black Temple. The buffet lunch was clean, hygienic, and delicious.
The only major drawback was the need for early mornings and late nights, but this was unavoidable due to local road conditions.
