Unlike previous self-driving tours, with a professional guide and driver, the trip was very comfortable, and everyone relaxed. Guide Xiao Ding and driver Xiao Shi were very professional and provided excellent service. The only drawback was that the seats in the vehicle were too cramped. Even we women found it uncomfortable, let alone a tall man over 1.8 meters. Sitting in the car for five hours was pure torture. I suggest improving the vehicle in the future, even if it costs more!★

Because of the flight delay, I had to adjust my schedule. I really dislike Ctrip's shirking and pass-the-blank work style. Not only did they waste my time by constantly making phone calls while I was abroad, but they also ruined my mood.★

On the day of your trip, simply present your personal identification at the visitor center counter to exchange your ticket. Personally, I felt the process wasn't clearly explained; you need to know the corresponding ferry schedule and ticket expiry date to know which counter to go to for ticket collection.
