It was easy to download in Japan, and I was very pleased with how smooth it was to use locally. 3G seemed to be more than enough for five days if I was just using maps, translation apps, and Safari for research. I also had plenty of gigabytes to update my social media accounts. When calling a taxi from the airport, my friend who had downloaded a ride-hailing app couldn't use the Wi-Fi properly, so I was able to use 5G tethering, which was really helpful. It's very cheap, and I highly recommend it. I haven't used customer support.

I bought an e-SIM card in Russia. Upon arrival in Vietnam, I activated it without any problems. I used it for the entire 25 days without any issues. I highly recommend it.

I paid for the e-SIM in advance. Upon arrival in the country, I activated the e-SIM in my phone settings. Internet was available immediately. It's that simple!

Easy to install. Convenient to use. Good signal. Works well even in many places. There is a link to check how much you have used. Recommended. No need to put in a SIM card, it's a hassle.

I activated my eSIM right at the airport upon arrival in Vietnam. You choose your connection package, including the number of days and the number of gigabytes per day. The cost is much cheaper than buying it at the airport or through other apps. It's very convenient; you'll already have a connection upon arrival. You can pre-order an eSIM and activate it with a code upon arrival. The 5G speed is lightning fast, the coverage in Da Nang is good, and 2 GB per day is generally enough. I highly recommend it!

I used this in KL, Bangkok and Shanghai. Overall the signal was ok. Sometimes we do get a drop out but it’s not often. We managed to use all social media platforms with this eSIM at Shanghai. Only thing is if you want to hail a ride you’ll need a number for it in china.
