The hotel shuttle service was pretty good, especially if you're staying at the hotel. However, after the morning shuttle, you'll need to return to Dundas and catch the shuttle together. Each itinerary offered plenty of flexibility, so you didn't feel rushed!

Hands-down, this was the BEST tour guide experience I've ever had. Not only was the tour guide himself awesome personality-wise, but the tour guide communicated well & legit had our tickets/entry and instructions so down pat. 10000% would recommend.

It was excellent, Jason the guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and nice, always looking after the group, we were also taken to a maple syrup tasting which was an extra so it was good, it was a very long day, however I would say the time in Niagara Falls was very short, only had time to for lunch and go to the journey behind the falls, but didn't have time to walk around, which was due to the fact that we had lunch and the JBTF included, other than that it was great.
