I activated my e-SIM at the airport in Russia. Upon arrival, I switched the SIM card in the settings and everything worked. All services worked, and Max calls to Russia were seamless. I haven't contacted customer support, so I can't rate this feature.★

I had connection issues the first time I connected. I contacted support, and they responded quickly and helped me figure it out. I got a 10GB internet plan for 30 days. For the first two weeks, the internet was flying, no problems at all, but then it apparently switched to power-saving mode; nothing really loaded. Eventually, I thought I was running out of data, so I bought another internet package, and everything was fine.★

The cost performance is excellent! It was very cheap and I had a solid connection in both Istanbul and Cappadocia! I never felt it was slow. 🥹 At first, I didn't know how to connect at the airport, but when I inquired, they explained it to me carefully, so I feel at ease with the support! I highly recommend it!★

I used it last time too, and I'm happy with the service, as it worked without any issues! It also sends SMS alerts about scams, so it's great for safety and can be used safely. However, it's important to be aware that the signal can be weaker inside buildings, so it's a good idea to use it with caution!
