We booked with a small group instead of large, and the guide contacted us personally as well as picked us up from our hotel, the guide was there whole time, explaining and assisting with everything, at the same time gave us the free time on our own to hangout and explore, trip was fantastic but too crowded with many tourists★

I had trouble connecting at first, but everything worked perfectly! I turned it on right at the airport and off we went. I've been to Ho Chi Minh City, Da Lat, Da Nang, Hoi An, and Hanoi, and everything worked perfectly everywhere, with no outages. I only used up 5GB of data per day once, when I was listening to Yandex Music (not downloaded tracks, but Vodno). On the other days, messaging, surfing the web, and watching Instagram videos used no more than 2-3GB per day. I didn't use customer support, but I gave it 5 stars so as not to lower the rating because I was completely satisfied.★

Here's a photo of the shop where you can pick up your ticket. It's less than 10 meters from the actual scene depicted on the back of the 20,000 Vietnamese Dong banknote; you can't drive in by car. The ancient town has a great atmosphere.

This half-day tour was booked on short notice; I booked it as soon as I landed in Da Nang that morning, and we departed promptly at 1:30 PM. Although it was only half a day, we visited quite a few places. First, we went to Son Tra Peninsula, where the sea view from the mountain was quite nice; taking a taxi would have cost a lot. Then we went to Marble Mountains, which are mainly caves and not very high. The English-speaking guide had a heavy Southeast Asian accent, but it was still understandable, and he was very enthusiastic, leading us through the entire tour. Next, we went to Hoi An. It felt quite late when we arrived, so after dinner, we only had a little over an hour left to explore, just enough for taking photos. However, the fellow travelers we met along the way were all very interesting; we helped each other, chatted, and took photos, making it a fun and memorable trip.
