We booked with a small group instead of large, and the guide contacted us personally as well as picked us up from our hotel, the guide was there whole time, explaining and assisting with everything, at the same time gave us the free time on our own to hangout and explore, trip was fantastic but too crowded with many tourists★

Arrived in the afternoon, only queued for 10 minutes. I recommend booking in advance because if you don't, you'll have to queue for an hour or more. There are staff holding signs waiting for you.★

Here's a photo of the shop where you can pick up your ticket. It's less than 10 meters from the actual scene depicted on the back of the 20,000 Vietnamese Dong banknote; you can't drive in by car. The ancient town has a great atmosphere.

The SIM card was easy to activate, and the network was fast, although it slowed down when I got back to my hometown or some crowded places. Overall, I'm satisfied. I can make calls both in and out, which is convenient for booking services and calling taxis while in Vietnam because the service providers can call this number directly. 👍
