The driver/guide Jed is very friendly with heart. He is kind to everyone. This is a bus tour and I prefer bus than small van for more spacious. We enjoy ourselves. The 55- min lunch is rather rush as the restaurant we picked is slow in service (I suppose similar situation in other restaurants).

The day trip to the Blue Mountains and Scenic World was perfectly organized, and we had a wonderful day with fantastic views and a delicious lunch. Our guide, Fernando, was very friendly and even took photos for everyone. All in all, I highly recommend this day trip to all Sydney visitors! The 2.5 hours allotted at Scenic World was a bit tight, as there were relatively long queues for the cable cars. An extra half hour would have made things a little less stressful. Otherwise, everything was excellent!
