Tour was a little less than what we expected. Driver was good with communicating p/u and d/o time and location. Very friendly in the beginning of the tour. He gave us an amazing experience driving through the Sand Dunes - Family completely enjoyed it! However, communication with details of the tour wasn’t clear, the ride on the Camel wasn’t mentioned during the first stop. Driver did not offer to take photos and felt rushed during the activities. Tour comes with a basic dinner (self-serving) and does offer a premium dinner for an additional of 50 AED per person. Buffet food was okay, nothing to rave about. The show is definitely the highlight of the evening.

Ahrum was our driver and he was amazing. So welcoming and a very safe driver. He took us to the quad bikes which was fun and stayed with us to make sure we were safe. Then he took us Dune Bashing. He was very safe and made it lots of fun especially when some of us were afraid. The dinner and show was also amazing !!! Everyone was welcoming a little battering to get you to up sell but you can choose to do it or not we didn’t and received just as great service as any and the food was high quality. Would recommend !! The small camel ride was just enough u can upgrade for more time if wanted. Ask for Ahrum if you choose this tour you will be in great hands

The safari tour was as expected very nice experience. Many thanks! Some tips for you: 1. There is a phone number in the voucher that is available in Whatsapp. You can write them the day before your trip to make sure everything is ok and ask about the approximate departure time 2. The driver contacts you in the morning with the exact time. In our case the time has been changed but the driver let us know an hour before which was ok with us 3. The driver takes you to the safari zone where you can try quad bike (for extra cost) and you switch cars to experience the safari itself. The safari is about 20 minutes total but it’s quite enough actually :) they take you into the desert and leave you for ~15 mins to take pictures (it was not sunset yet in our case, around 4 pm but still the photos were great). 4. Then you get to the camp where you can experience camel riding, sandboarding and have a dinner with the show. If you want VIP zone, it’s 50 AED per person. 5. Everything ends at 8.30 pm
