This Great Ocean Road trip was the highlight of our Melbourne tour. Many thanks to our driver and guide, Jack, for his company throughout the journey, which taught us many interesting facts and provided insights into Australian culture and customs. Although it was during the National Day holiday and quite crowded, the overall experience was fantastic!★

The tour bus arrived on time, exactly as originally scheduled, with four pickup points. We visited all the planned locations during the tour. The weather was great, the views were clear, and we were lucky enough to see koalas at one of the stops. Our driver-guide, Augustin, was very positive and humorous, and shared many interesting facts about Australia and the places we were visiting. His driving skills were excellent. The tour was in English, as advertised. Augustin spoke several languages. The group was well-disciplined, and we returned to Melbourne as planned. I was very pleased with the tour. The price was reasonable. I recommend it.★

For those who can't easily drive themselves, the Great Ocean Road is perfect for a day tour! The scenery along the way is absolutely stunning 🤙🏻! The guides were very thorough, covering various historical backgrounds, and there was plenty of time for photos and sightseeing. We arrived at the Twelve Apostles in the morning, and the photos we took weren't backlit at all; the itinerary was very well-planned. The Great Rift Valley was also breathtaking! We even saw wild koalas by the roadside—so lucky!★

He even helped us spot wild koalas along the way. The sea breeze was refreshing, the scenery was soothing, and the immersive experience offered a unique and romantic feel to the Australian coast. Thanks to our driver/guide Benjamin and trainee guide Neil (I hope I spelled it correctly?) for a wonderful day. Benjamin was funny and humorous, telling many jokes to keep us entertained. His accent and expression were also very clear and understandable, even for a non-native English speaker like myself (compared to other day tours I've taken in Australia, where guides usually speak faster and have more pronounced speech, making them harder to understand). Benjamin has many years of tour guiding experience and even took us to some interesting, less-traveled attractions. He was very responsible, checking the number of people at each stop. I especially need to thank Benjamin for not keeping my bank card after I left it in the car. He immediately reported it to the company and contacted me, allowing me to retrieve my card before returning to Hong Kong. The moment I saw Rocky Ard Gorge and the Twelve Apostles, I felt it was all worth the 7,000-kilometer flight and 3-hour drive.
Our guide, Jia, a handsome guy from Northeast China, drove very smoothly while also introducing us to all sorts of amazing things about Australia! He remembered to queue up the tailless chickens and thoughtfully reminded us to take plenty of photos and not rush. The car was also very clean, and they even provided water for each passenger.
Overall, it was a very satisfying trip.
