It would be better to indicate the multiple possible locations for activating the pass by exchanging the voucher for the ticket; the website only lists Waterloo Place, whereas it's also possible elsewhere, e.g., Andrew Square. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful, both on the bus and at the stops, especially the tour representatives.
