This tour was amazing from start to finish! The day before, Jai, the tour operator from Ellen’s Travel and Tours El Nido, sent a WhatsApp message with all the important info such as meeting time, place, what to bring, and any extra fees, so I was fully prepared. The guide, JR, and the whole boat crew, from Kubera Travel and Tours, were professional, knowledgeable, and fun. When they saw the Big Lagoon was crowded, they smartly switched the order of the itinerary so we could enjoy a quieter spot first, then returned later with fewer people. The crew worked seamlessly and made everything safe and enjoyable. Lunch was delicious and with more than enough for everyone. Great value for money, especially since lunch was included. Highly recommend this tour, it was so well organized, flexible, and truly enjoyable!★
