Mandy gave us a day trip around downtown Los Angeles. ☺️ I was initially hesitant about booking a private car service through Ctrip, but after spending the whole day with Mandy, all my worries disappeared. 🥺🙂😍 She's not only beautiful and kind-hearted, but also professional, meticulous, and responsible, always putting the needs of her guests first, making us feel like friends and at home. The itinerary was well-planned and comfortable, efficient and fulfilling without feeling rushed, resulting in a fantastic overall experience. 😘👌 The entire trip was clearly and thoughtfully planned, giving me peace of mind throughout. Tips: - Arrive at least when the doors open; it took us 1.5 hours to get in. - Uber is the best option; after the game, you'll be guided to the Share & Ride (great organization on site). - Be sure to check bag size restrictions. - Food and drinks are available on site, but you can also bring your own.

It was a wonderful experience with friendly people and guides. My only criticism is that for a beginner, there wasn't enough explanation of how to handle the horses. However, our guide was very kind and observed situations and intervened immediately. It would be helpful if this had been explained beforehand, as it's easy to panic when you're with a horse. A tip of $20-35 per person is expected at the end, but you can decide how much you want to give. Overall, highly recommended.


