It said that the place to exchange it was Sodré Station, so I waited in line for about 10 minutes at the station counter, but they told me that I couldn't exchange it there, so I went to the information center on the ground floor and they exchanged it for me without any problems. Please don't make a mistake... It's just a thin piece of paper so I was worried about losing it (lol). It was very convenient because I could enter tourist attractions just by showing this card. In places with special Lisboa Card lanes, I was able to skip the lines, so that alone made it worth it!Trip.com Picks
