I took this class with Francesca in early September. Francesca was so lively and did a very nice job of ensuring everyone understood and heard each and every step. After reading some reviews I wasn’t sure if I was going to actually learn how to make the sauces; Francesca explained the entire process step-by-step. A month later, I was able to accurately re-create a Tuscan Ragú with homemade pappardelle. The wine was great. The people were great. It was an overall excellent experience. Thank you, Francesca, for sharing your family recipes! I came before the rest of my group came to Italy; I wish I would’ve been able to find some thing for our large group just like this!

The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant stay overall. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout the visit. I am very pleased that we chose this audio guide to experience the Uffizi. It was easy to navigate and great to learn about the art we were interested in as we were able to pick and choose what to listen as we walked through the galleries. Highly recommended.
