Really.. Every moment was a perfect experience! First of all, he came to the hotel to pick up from dawn and gave me a glass of water! Really... attentive and thankful! On the way to the hot air balloon, he gave me a lot of information about Florence! Very informative π Also, I was a little worried because it was my first time in a hot air balloon, but I was able to ride without fear and not be nervous! If you apply for this tour, you will have a ecstatic and happy experience!! Watching the sunrise in the hot air balloon is a very special experience! π« π We were lucky to have only our family on the hot air balloon, but the family loved it so much! The hot air balloon driver is also witty and kind!! After riding the hot air balloon, we celebrated and bursting champagne and Tuscany local food made us even more buzzing ππ₯πΎ I want to come back next time π Special and happy for my family Thank you very much for making me full of memories β¨ππ» And thank you for taking pictures and videos with drones and good cameras πβ

The trip was absolutely fabulous in every way. Matteo and Alessio were an absolute joy, funny, kind and knowledgeable. The atmosphere and tone was set from the start! The wineries were high end, the service, wines and food! Book away it was wonderful! Jo and Kate from Liverpool. Xβ

This tour was simply lovely. All day, but well paced with sufficient time at each stop to really soak up the flavor.
Our guide, Christiana was the right balance of enthusiasm and information (in two languages). She did a remarkable job balancing the content and information bilingually! She had the personal advantage of being from relatively nearby, so her knowledge was a wonderful treat. I also want to point out that she as so consistent in instruction about meeting in a timely fashion out of respect for others touring (quite professional in βscoldingβ a couple who failed to arrive on time - delaying everyone!).
Our driver, Salvio (?) did a great job and we never felt the least uncomfortable or nervous on the winding and narrow Italian roads. The bus was comfortable (although the climate control seemed hard to keep right).
The Siena walking tour guide, Laura was also bilingual and enthusiastic. She did a nice job, but the earphones were not that great, and I heard better just sticking close and hearing her (in person).
I recommend this tour.β

4/3/26. I really enjoyed the trip. it allowed you to capture some of the main features of Tuscany, without the hassle of planning the logistics. The bus was super clean, and comfortable. one of the biggest highlights were the tour guides. Mano was excellent throughout, very tentative, good knowledge, approachable and friendly. Having this knowledge really gives depth to the visits, rather than just walking around a city. The lady who took us around Sienna was also excellent and pointed out things that you would easily miss. She was very passionate about Sienna. The same with Mano. The food tasting was good, plenty of food and wine, nothing was of any trouble. very accommodating for those with dietary requirements which Mano dealt with prior to our arrival. The farm is in a lovely setting. Don't be thinking you get loads of time at each location as it's a full day, but it's enough and you get to experience each location, around 2 hours. The tickets to the tower was good. Perfetto.ξ₯
