I was thoroughly impressed with the overall Tikal trip. My guide, Hiar (I’m not sure if that’s the correct spelling), was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Tikal. The transportation arrangements were excellent; I was picked up promptly and dropped off at the airport at the end of the trip. I highly recommend this day trip for anyone who is short on time and cannot afford to spend multiple days in Flores.

I enjoyed the tour; it was a very interesting experience. Our guide, Domingo, was always ready to answer any questions. Perhaps there could have been better commentary during the bus ride, particularly regarding the places and towns we passed through.

Very quick transfer but the driver was a bit reckless with certain maneuvers, constantly trying to overtake on curves, and the driver was speeding.
