Overall, a very good experience; we had a great day. One minor drawback was that of the three ice climbing activities, one was in a tricky situation, which resulted in some lost climbing time as we had to take turns. Aside from that, the guide was very friendly, and the activity was exactly as described. We were able to discover the magnificent glacier with lots of informative commentary; I highly recommend it!
