Customer service was very responsive and patient. It was my first time going to Jungfraujoch, and I was a little hesitant without experiencing it firsthand. The train, cable car, and cogwheel train transfers sound complicated. Booking this ticket was cheaper than buying it separately, and most importantly, the customer service explained everything in detail. Thumbs up! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Having experienced a "Mountain closed due to heavy winds" the previous day and feedback from others that Titlis is very crowded - our expectations were pretty low - but Mount Titlis didn't disappoint! The coach takes you to Engelberg where you board a Gondola 2/3rd of the way up and then the rotating gondola (Rotair) for the last 1/3rd of the way. The Rotair can get pretty crowded as carries ~60 people, so getting a window view might be difficult. Once at the top (3000 mts ASL), there are 5 floors filled with things to do & experience, we didn't have the time to cover everything but had a blast on the Ice Flyer & the Cliff Walk. The Glacier Cave was fun too! Our guide Verena was great, provided a lot of insight on Switzerland during the coach ride to Engelberg & then tips on how to best manage the time we had at the top.

This was an amazing experience. It was snowing, so we werenโ€™t sure what we were going to be able to do. Although a few things were closed, our tour guide made it the best day ever for us. We agreed that this was one of our favorite days on our entire trip to Europe. We were very impressed with the kindness, respect, fun attitude, and overall positive experience we had. There were surprises along the way, and it was absolutely stunning outside. Because of the snow, our tour bus was one of the only ones on the mountain, creating a magical experience for us. Despite the snow, we still had a really fun day. Our tour guide also based the day off of our wants and needs, so it never felt like we were just sitting around for nothing.

Ice flyer ski lift ride was somewhat an adventure specially because at the time we were there it was very misty with low clouds. Before we embarked, we could only spot the ski lift chairs disappearing in to the clouds and the returning chairs appearing through a haze. It was indeed a thrill to vanish into the clouds and a moment of Adrenaline rush due to the unclear picture or the journey to be undertaken was left for imagination. It was not clear where we were really going but new that we will be back the same way. The entire circuit was hidden in the mist. It was a memorable experience as during the ride we were able to see the terrain from where there were clear patches and of course it was short lived as few moments later we were again engulfed by the mist. It was also the best way to feel the cold at Mt. Titlis with the exposure to the wind.
