I learned a lot from Shifu. I believe he is the best choice if you want to try Chinese Kungfu in Shanghai. He is so knowledgeable and speaking very fluent English. I really enjoyed learning movements with him. Highly recommend!
Reviews: Baduanjin Qigong Experience: Cultivate Inner Peace Through Ancient Chinese Movement
Guest User2025-12-09
Baduanjin Qigong Experience is one of my good memories in Shanghai. Even though I didn't know there were other people there, spending time with local people made my trial fun. I was totally feeling free during the session. The master, or 老師, was kind and enthusiastic. The movements were slow and quiet but trained my inner muscles. I think if I keep taking sessions, it will make our minds peaceful.

Reviews: Make Your Own Incense Beads Bracelet in Central Shanghai
Guest User2025-09-15
An unforgettable cultural gem! The incense bead bracelet workshop was so much more than just crafting jewelry—it felt like connecting with centuries of tradition. From choosing the natural incense materials to hand-rolling each bead, every step was calming, aromatic, and deeply meaningful. The instructor explained the cultural stories behind incense in such an engaging way, I felt transported into another world. Walking away with a bracelet I made myself, carrying both fragrance and memory, was the perfect souvenir. 🌸 A must-do in Shanghai if you’re looking for something authentic, beautiful, and truly unique!
