Chef Samuel has been wonderful! We learned so much about the ingredients, name and origin of the dishes and cooking techniques. We are great fans of Malaysian cuisine and we had to learn how to cook them back home.
Since I’m not a morning person we did the afternoon class. Starting up at noon with a coffee at the local food market then a visit to the market to buy the ingredients we needed for our dishes. At the studio we felt very comfortable, the place is neat and the cooking station was ready for us to start.
Everything went smoothly and the 4 hours went by rapidly. The dishes were authentic and delicious.
