I bought an eSIM in Leh before my flight, but it didn't work when I arrived in New Delhi. I recommend buying one upon arrival instead, as there's free Wi-Fi and it's easier to activate at the airport. After trying for a day, I finally got a signal and it was great. I used it in Gujarat, Udaipur, Jaipur, Agra, and Delhi.★

It's quick and easy to set up! We were connected immediately upon arrival. Internet performance varies, but as I was told by people who live in Goa, the local SIM card isn't great either. You can browse Instagram normally, and you can also make mobile calls. I recommend it.★

This trip involved visiting three countries in a short period with very short stays at each location. While purchasing separate eSIMs might be cheaper, it wouldn't be possible to predict data usage in each location. So, I opted for an eSIM that works in 100 different regions, which is incredibly convenient. Although customer service advised activating it upon arrival, since it included Taiwan, I installed and activated it in Taiwan before boarding. Plus, it's calculated 24/7, which is truly fantastic.★
