Billy was fantastic. Perfectly Scottish, kilt and all. We were lucky with the weather, and even though the train wasn't running (which we knew beforehand), we still had a stroke of luck: the first snow on the mountains of the season!

The tour itself is a great experience of Scotland's westcoast! Caitlin was a phenomenal tour guide -- expert driver, commentator, and very empathetic. Our guide definitely knew her stuff and kept things interesting with wit, humor, knowledge, Scottish music, and communication.

We loved the guide Scott who kept entertaining throughout the journey. He is very lively and energetic. The bus was clean and comfortable. The spots were given sufficient time. Only i missed going to Fort William light house as we had one spot to choose (Glenfinnan Viaduct or lighthouse). Overall, great experience, highly recommend.


