Overall, a great travel experience: The airport pick-up service was very thoughtful; we got on the car right after landing, and the driver was quite friendly. In Hong Kong, we stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Tsim Sha Tsui. The first room was very hot, probably due to a problem with the air conditioning, and I didn't sleep well all night. We asked to change rooms, and a male receptionist at the front desk looked quite unwell, which was rather unpleasant, but he eventually changed our room, so we decided not to make a fuss. The Hong Kong day trip went smoothly. Our local guide, Mr. Guo, was excellent; he arranged our Ocean Park visit perfectly, managing the time very well. Unfortunately, we didn't see the pandas there; they were sleeping. On our free day, we went to Lantau Island. We bought our Ngong Ping 360 cable car tickets on Ctrip, and picking them up at the attraction was very convenient. The Sands Hotel in Macau was very large and luxurious. Overall, the trip was satisfactory and to my liking. I also want to commend Ms. Feng from Ctrip's booking department. Due to my own negligence during booking, some unexpected situations arose, but thanks to Ms. Feng's patient handling, I was able to travel smoothly. I am very grateful to her.★

The location is a bit out of the way, quite a distance from Xianghu subway station. It was incredibly hot in July, and even though it was indoors, the walk still dampened my spirits. But the kids were happy, so that's enough. There were many attractions, with most on the second floor being paid. I didn't see the theater, so I don't know how good it was.Trip.com picks
