It was very memorable. Although the weather at the top of the mountain was bad and there was a lot of snow and wind, it was still another experience. Everything was well arranged. We took the cable car and the train. Special thanks to our tour guide DAN for his detailed explanations and various safety reminders along the way. The prices at the top of the mountain were cheaper than expected.

We were very happy with our first experience. The pilot brought a warm atmosphere so it wasn't scary. We took off and landed smoothly according to the pilot's instructions. They were very professional and I highly recommend them to you. Even my 11-year-old daughter sang up there while looking at the clouds. Thanks to Lars, Ben, and Patrick as our pilots.

The customer service was always helpful and patient. It was my first time visiting the Jungfraujoch, and I felt uneasy without having experienced it myself. The train, then the cable car, then the cogwheel train, all sounded quite complicated. Booking this ticket was cheaper than buying them individually, and the customer service was incredibly detailed and informative. I give it a thumbs-up!
