It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful two days. The views of the bay are magnificent, and I especially loved the Cave of Surprises. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our guide, Harry, was especially attentive. Before the trip, we were worried about the language barrier, as we don't speak English very well, but it wasn't a problem. I'd especially like to mention the stunning cabins with balconies; the interior evokes a classic hotel style. The bus was also very comfortable.

I highly recommend this cruise. They planned every minute of your activities, and there were tons of entertainment. I absolutely loved it! I'll definitely be back. 🥰😘 Special thanks to our year-round guest, Mr. T. Trung, for the way he explained everything to us and helped us out. They gave us water along the way, and the prices for drinks on the cruise were actually pretty good; I took a photo of them. Everything was great, thank you!

This trip was fantastic! I made many new friends after the trip. Our tour guide, Lucky, was incredibly welcoming, and the restaurant staff were attentive and always smiling. The buffet food was fresh, delicious, and varied. The cruise ship was new, so the interior facilities, such as the tables, chairs, and karaoke machine, were very modern and spacious. This trip was excellent value for money.

The internet was very fast, especially when I was in Banaue. No problems at all. The first time I went, I was roaming from True's SIM card. My friend was roaming from AIS. True's AIS had problems, not getting a signal. I tried everything, but AIS was able to get a signal. It was late at night when I finally got a signal. This was my second time going, so I bought an eSIM from Trip. It's convenient, easy to install, fast internet, and a great value, even cheaper than roaming.

I booked a tour through Vietnam. I was the only Chinese person on the bus. The tour guide spoke in English, and I got the gist of it from a few words. The itinerary was a standard tour offered by the company, and Ha Long Bay was quite beautiful. The facilities on the boat were good, and the lunch buffet had a wide variety of choices. The service was also good. It was a shopping stop, but there was no pressure to shop.


