I really wanted to visit Mount Fuji during my first visit to Tokyo. It rained continuously early the next morning, so I thought, "Oh no, what am I going to do?" I worried I might end up seeing nothing but gray fog. Fortunately, however, the sky slowly cleared, and the blue sky looked even more pristine after the rain. Riding the ropeway up Owakudani Hakone (an active volcano), I found the volcanic activity filled with sulfurous smoke fascinating and enjoyable. I would love to try the sulfur hot springs next time. I also stopped by Oshino Hakkai; the glacial water and the fresh, clear water, along with the healthy aquatic plants swaying in it, made me feel like my memories were being refreshed. Our kind guide, Wonyang, surprised me with his fluent Chinese, Korean, and Japanese... He is a reliable guide I could trust with my entire day. I hope others will also get to enjoy these must-visit natural heritage sites in Japan. Thank you.★

Around 7 PM, I checked the weather forecast and it looked good for tomorrow, so I impulsively decided to go to Hakone to see Mount Fuji from another side. This itinerary was perfect – no backtracking, and then we'd go to Enoshima in the afternoon. Shortly after registering, I contacted our guide, Pin, via email. A brief exchange revealed the meeting time and place for the next day. The guide thoughtfully showed me his unique sign, making it very easy to find the next day. The group was large, mostly foreigners, so the guide provided explanations in both Chinese and English throughout the trip – very hard work! The guide's service was excellent, his explanations detailed, the itinerary well-planned, his time management perfect, and he attentively cared for every guest. Because I couldn't use Google Maps, he always specifically told me the exact location – I was very grateful. He also helped the guests take photos during the trip.★

This time, we arranged for Zhan Jie from Gogoday to be our guide. Jie clearly explained the history of the attractions along the way, as well as things to note when watching the fireworks. Although it was a Japanese holiday, our entire trip went very smoothly. Jie even arranged a last-minute visit to the pirate ship at Lake Ashi, which was definitely worthwhile! We arrived at Atami Beach around 5 PM, and because there weren't many people yet, we easily found a spot to watch the fireworks. Although we waited a while for the tour bus, it still arrived at Tokyo Station on time. Finally, because I was too tired, I forgot my belongings on the tour bus, and Jie immediately helped me contact the driver. I received a message from Jie before I even got out of bed the next morning, saying that my belongings had been retrieved. I'm extremely grateful for this small gesture, especially since it contained important medications. I highly recommend it! The fireworks are also definitely worth seeing!
